  • CONSTRUCTION DESIGN
    • Step 1: Receive an order & Sign the Design contract
      Investor provides required information, design requirement and deposit to the representative
      of An Phu Long.
    • Step 2:Implement and Decide the design plan
      • Investor and presiding architect will have a telephone meeting or conversation to get
        through design plan. Investor will have professional advice from our architect in structure,
        architecture, interior space..
      • Duration: 7 working day (depend on investor together)
      • Work description:
        • Analyse requirement in many asprects to progress with a plan in the shortest course.
          Including all the plans, elevation plans, cross-sections, perspective plans.
        • Investor and company unanimous in all the plans.
        • After modified and signed to united all the plans, documents include of:
          • Ground floor plans
          • All the plans (with interior)
          • Elevation plans
          • Cross-sections plans
          • Perspective plans
          • Recommended electrical and water technical drawings.
    • Step 3 : Issuing the technical design & Design contract recommended prize
    • After unanimoused design plans, investor will be provided price list to confirm, then sign a design contract.
    • Duration : 1 working day.
  • Step 4: Implement technical drawings and construction permit
    • Recommended Construction Permit drawings will be done and provide to Investor to
      submit to administrative goverment department.
    • Profile includes : Technical Drawing in A3 → A0 base onall the plans, elevation plans, cross-sections, perspective plans.
      Construction Position , Scenario and mapping address…
    • Duration : 3 working day ( after received required information.)
  • Step 5: Developing design documents
    • Submitted design drawings will be provided to interior designer to deploy as request and required informationT
      The technical department will produre forecast all the details for deployment.
    • The deployment has 5 steps:
      • ◦ Step 1 Produce a complete design plan.
      • ◦ Step 2 Design a details of the architecture.
      • ◦ Step 3 Design a construct of the construction.
      • ◦ Step 4 Design a electrical and water drawings.
      • ◦ Step 5 Produce a complete and timely forecast.
    • Duration 30 working days (based on special conditions)
  • Step 6: Moderating design documents
    • Technical Administrator will confirm in order to complete safety construction and send a duplicate document to investor
    • Documents includes: will be approved.
    • Duration: 3 -> 7 working day (based on special conditions)
  • Step 7: Issue design documents & settlement of design contract
    • Hand all over a design plans to investor as a duty on the signed contract.
    • Investor will do a payment.
    • Duration: 1 working day.
  • INTERIOR DESIGN
    • Customers sign the interior design contract.
    • Perform the following steps (duration 48 working days):
      • Step 1 (duration 6 working days):
        Designing Interior plan includes: Surface and interior layout ib the 3D images or illustrated photographs
        Transferring to investor to approve.
      • Step 2 (duration 10 working days):
        Designing Interior plan for the site of the construction and interior surface in 3D images.
        Transferring to investor to approve.
      • Step 3 (duration 2 working day):
        Complete the entire interior design drawings.
      • Step 4 (duration 1 working day):
        Publishing, Issuing the interior design.
  • CONSTRUCTION
    • Step 1:Signing a contract for construction
      Base on the construction forecast was provided by An Phu Long, both parties start a conference and accept
      the contract offer (terms, conditions and price list ) to get the payment.
      Duration : base on both parties.
    • Step 2: Constructing
      The constructions are done under the direction of the board of directors including:
      Deputy Director of Finance, Deputy Director of Technique, Distribution Manager, Observer Managers, 12
      construction team leaders, Supervision Enginneers, Distributors...
      Information in details will be provided in the construction contract .
      Duration : base on construction period.
    • Step 3: Acceptance of completed construction contract
      Checking and taking over the buildings will be provided by our company and issuing report base on
      Construction Law of the Nation.
      Duration : base on construction period.
    • Step 4: Maintaince & Customer Care service
Currency unit: 1.000 VND
  • The price above is unplus Added tax.
  • Special conditions will be confirmed.
  • Effect on 250 square metre contruction and over (below 250 square metre construction will be confirmed).
  • Reconstruct: 75% the price.
  • Gorvement Construction price lise will be confirmed by Construct Department.
