RECRUITMENT INFORMATION
  1. 02 Deputy director of Design Department: (Male - Female)
    • Responsibility for design department , have a great pressure of work .
    • Understood all the related standards, rules and regulations of design and construction.
    • Appropriate qualifications, preferably in design or equivalent relevant design experience.
    • Contact and develop campaign/mission plan with clients directly.
    • Maintain accurate and up to date and responsibility for accomplishment of the project.
  2. 01 Chief Accountant: (Male - Female)
    • Appropriate qualifications, preferably in accountant or equivalent relevant accountant experience at least 2 years.
    • Maintain all internal financial control & observe all internal controls closely to eliminate any possibility of fraud or other irregularities
  3. 01 Deputy Administrative and HR Manager: (Male - Female)
    • Responsibility for design department in human resource and recruitment.
    • Appropriate qualifications, preferably in HR Management or equivalent relevant HR experience at least 2 years.
    • Ability to speak a language other than English.
  4. 02 Technical Director: (Male - Female)
    • Appropriate qualifications, preferably in Technical of construction or equivalent relevant experience of electricity, water, structure, forecast, architectural drawings.
    • Understood all the related standards, rules and regulations of design and construction.
  5. 06 Architect: (Male - Female)
    • Required expertise in ACAD, 3D MAX, VRAY, PHOTOSHOP, SKETCHUP skills and related illustrator in design and construction.
    • Produce complete and timely interior and design plans. Demonstrated ability to creative, use internet and library source.
  6. 04 Interior Designer: (Male - Female)
    • Required expertise in ACAD, 3D MAX, VRAY, PHOTOSHOP skills
    • Produce complete and timely interior design plans. Demonstrated ability to creative, use internet and library source.
  7. 06 Designer: (Male - Female)
    • Required expertise in ACAD skills, develop design plan, electrical and water technical drawings.
    • Ability expertise in ACAD, 3D MAX, VRAY, PHOTOSHOP, SKETCHUP is a great advantage.
  8. 04 Engineer: (Male - Female)
    • Responsibility for construction side.
    • Appropriate qualifications, preferably in Construction or equivalent relevant experience.
    • Produce complete and timely constructive forecast, structure of a construction.
    • Maintain accurate and up to date materials and deploy the project.
  9. 02 Intermediate engineer: (Male - Female)
    • Appropriate qualifications, preferably in Technical of construction or equivalent relevant experience of electricity , water, structure, forecast, architectural drawings.
    • Ability expertise in constructive forecast is a great advantage.
  10. 02 Network administrator: (Male - Female)
    • Install, setup, and monitor local area network (LAN). Perform a variety of maintenance, evaluation, installation, and training tasks to ensure LAN performance meets company and user requirements.
    • Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
    • Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported.
  11. 02 ISO Director: (Male - Female)
    • Appropriate qualifications, preferably in ISO or equivalent relevant experience at least 2 years.
    • Produce and maintaince complete and timely ISO procedures.
  12. 01 Assistant Director: (Male - Female)
    • Responsibility for daily support as needed schedule yearly, monthly and weekly duty rotations.
    • Keep investor and construction profiles up to date and produce reports to director
    • Prepare meeting with customers and respond to problems.
    • Ability to speak a language other than English.
  13. 02 Accountant: (Female)
    • Appropriate qualifications, preferably in accountant or equivalent relevant accountant experience at least 2 years.
    • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
    • Ability expertise in Microsoft Office ,Excel and related office and accountant softwares.
  14. 02 Receptionist: (Female)
    • Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face.
    • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls and direct persons to correct destination
    • Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.
    • Verbal and written communication skills, professional personal presentation.
